After the krewe
dedications King Kurt read his Royal Proclamation to
the krewe. Obviously not himself here, his mind was taken over
by aliens. Strangely the King's procalamation ordered the krewe to pay
tribute to the evil alien warlord Dr. Terriarity on the planet PanTech.
