The Krewe of Southdowns wishes to thank the following sponsors for helping to support our parade:
To Our Friends,
With the continued growth and increased complexity of staging a quality neighborhood parade, overhead expenses have naturally gone up. We do have a few corporate business sponsors who have generously pitched in to support the Krewe. However, our core support has always been and will continue to be our friends and neighbors living in the Baton Rouge area. We still need your direct support. With that in mind, the "Friends of the Flambeaux Parade Supporters" idea was created years ago. Many of you have generously been "members" since the beginning. We ask you to continue supporting us, and appeal to new residents to join in as new "Friends".
Our tradition has been to give a yard sign before the parade rolls to all who donate a minimum of $25. The sign makes it possible for our revelers and float riders to identify supporters on parade night. Of course, any donation, regardless of amount, is greatly appreciated.
Please accept our thanks for your time and consideration. It is your support that makes it all happen!
